Fishing Team Logo Design

Logo design for Michigan-based Salmon fishing team Reel Screamer. Commissioned design created in accordance with team founder.

For this commissioned design, I created the logo for Michigan-based salmon fishing team Reel Screamer. The team’s founder sought after a sharp design that included a Tekota-style salmon rod bending from the weight of a large fish. I designed the typeface with the style of a sleek, sportsman/outdoor, or boat company. I included barbed fish hooks at the tips of the letter R for visual effects.I worked with the team’s founder to work through design options, beginning from sketches and prototyped to perfection, until we reached the final product. The design will be used on team shirts and apparel, as well as printed onto the side of the team’s boat.
